My personal transformation story

For the first 35 years of my life, I was a career driven “computer geek”, living in the beautiful Port Moody. but spending my days (and nights) in front of the computer screen working my way up the corporate ladder. I have been working hard without enjoying the process or even enjoying life.

One day, goofing around with my 2 young kids in the backyard, I found myself out of breath, seeing black spots and I had to lay on the grass and catch my breath.

“What is happening to me ???”, “I’m going to die” were the 2 thoughts running in my head. I WAS TERRIFIED !

I decided to take my life in my own hands, and dedicate some time and effort to my health and making sure I will be there to support my kids in the future as well. I started running, cycling, enjoying outdoor activities and haven’t stopped for the following 10 years. In the process, I have completed multiple marathons, bike races and 4 IronMan triathlons (4 km swim, 180 km bike and 42 km run).
Endurance sport had a significant impact on me. Both physical and emotional. I have a strong healthy body, look leaner then ever before, had lots of energy and most importantly I FEEL AMAZING !

Why do I need you ? Can’t I do it on my own ?
Absolutely. You can go online and download a “standard” training plan or do you research and build your own. But … if you have better things to do with your free time and want to get expert advice and guidance, I can help with that

Why do I need a fitness coach ?
A fitness coach is a certifed skilled individual that can help you achieve your fitness goals fater then you would on your own, while keeping you safe and prevent injury. A good coach will push you beyond your limit and help you make your dreams a reality

How many times do I need to work out every week?
It depends. In our introductory call, we will review your current fitness level, goals and available time and we will adjust accordingly

How long is the program?
The basic training program is 12 weeks long, to ensure you start to see the results you desire. Longer programs are available based on your fitness level and goals
